Step 1: Bioactive peptide selection |
Directions |
Here, please select the type of bioactive peptide to be searched. There are 29 kinds of bioactive peptides to be selected in the DFBP database. Each time you search, you must select one or more peptide types. |
Step 2: Search filter selection
|
Directions |
Here are 5 search filtering methods. You can choose according to your needs. Each search can only choose one. The choice must strictly correspond to step 3. |
DFBP ID |
Strict search based on the specific complete ID number of peptides in the DFBP database. |
Fixed length |
Strict search based on the specific length of peptides. |
Range length |
Search based on the length of peptides. |
Specific sequence |
Strict search based on the specific sequence of peptides. |
Blast sequence |
Fuzzy search based on some sequence characteristics of peptides. |
Step 3: Enter search value |
Directions |
According to the selection conditions of Step 1 and Step 2, please enter the value to be retrieved here. This step is closely connected with step 2, please refer to the following input prompts. |
DFBP ID |
If you chose "DFBP ID" in step 2, please enter a specific and complete DFBP ID for one peptide, such as DFBPACEI0032, DFBPANHY0078, DFBPDPIV0002 and so on. Only one DFBP ID number can be retrieved at a time. |
Fixed length |
If you chose "Fixed length" in step 2, Please enter a fixed length of peptide you need to query, for example: 4. |
Range length |
If you chose "Range length" in step 2, Please enter a specific length range of peptide you need to query, for example: 2-4. |
Specific sequence |
If you chose "Specific sequence" in step 2, Please enter a specific sequence for peptide you need to query, for example: IPP. |
Blast sequence |
If you chose "Blast sequence" in step 2, Please enter a alignment sequence for peptide you need to query, such as VYX, XXY, VXWRYX and so on. The X in the sequence represents any amino acid residue. For example, when you enter a XAXY sequence, the peptide sequence of length is 4 and the 2nd and 4th residues are A and Y, respectively. |
