Biological/Functional activity & target protein
Antioxidative activity

The peptide FDRR showed potent antioxidative activity. The antioxidative activity was 93.0% and 83% by using ferric thiocyanate method and erythrocyte membrane ghost system, respectively. The peptide also inhibited ethanol-induced gastric damage with inhibition ratios of 57.0%.
