Antioxidative activity

(1) Peptdie GVPLT showed effective free radical scavenging activity, as shown in Table 1.
(2) The antioxidant activity of GVPLT was due to it small molecular size and the hydrophobic and/or aromatic amino acid residues in its sequence.
