Additional information
Additional information

(1) There is a positive correlation between antioxidant activity with hydrophobicity, isoelectric points and net charge of bioactive peptides, whereas the molecular weight has a negative correlation with antioxidant activity.
(2) Results also reveal palm kernel cake as a suitable and cheap source of plant proteins for the production of safe, low cost, nutritious functional bioactive peptides.
