Biological/Functional activity & target protein
DPP IV-inhibitory activity

The peptide ALGGA showed Dipeptidyl Peptidase IV (EC 3.4.14.5) inhibitory activity at a lower degree, with IC50 value of > 10 mM. As shown in table 1.
