The peptide LPVP showed very potent Dipeptidyl Peptidase IV (EC 3.4.14.5) inhibitory activity with the IC50 value of 87.0 ± 3.2 μM and the DPP-IV inhibition at 1000 μM was 93.3 ± 3.6 %. The results compared with other peptides was as shown in table1.
