Literature report:

Stability against gastrointestinal enzymes (pepsin, trypsin and chymotrypsin). The IC50 values of purified active peptide, however, remained constant after incubation with pepsin and then with the mixture of trypsin and chymotrypsin when compared with the initial IC50 values indicating their stability against gastrointestinal enzymes.
