Literature report:

The soy hydrolysates before in vitro digestibility (IC50 value of 0.065 mg/mL), after pepsin action (IC50 value of 0.066 mg/mL) and after pepsin and pancreatic action (IC50 value of 0.073 mg/mL) suggest that the peptide LIVT may be resistant to digestion in gastro intestinal tract.
