(1) The effective active sequence of the peptide is GWGSFFKKAAHVGKHVGKAALTHYL-NH2;
(2) anti-Gram+ & Gram-, antifungal;
(3) Highly active against A. salmonicida 99-1,  A. salmonicida 97-4,  S. enterica serovar Typhimurium MS7953s, S. enterica serovar Typhimurium 14028s, P. aeruginosa K799, P. aeruginosa Z61, E. coli CGSC4908, E. coli UB1005, E. coli DC2, S. epidermidis C621, MRSA C623, C. albicans C627 (MIC 2-16 uM).
(4) MIC value = 2.5-5 uM [1].
