Antithrombotic activity

The fibrinogen tetrapeptide RGDS effectively inhibited ADP-induced human platelet aggregation (IC50 = 75 μM) and ADP-induced [125I]fibrinogen binding to human platelets (IC50 = 20 μM) [2, 4].
