Antithrombotic activity

The peptide inhibited platelet aggregation of rat and human PRP and the platelet aggregation was inhibited by more than 50% by GPRPP at a concentration of 0.3 mM. The effects of GPRPP was about 10 times higher in human PRP than in rat PRP.
